Every part that we manufacture is quality control inspected before being shipped. We take great pride in our work and only ship quality pieces. Therefore, we guarantee our products to be free of any significant defects in materials or workmanship at the time of receipt by (you) the purchaser. In the unlikely event that you deem any part that you have purchased from us to be defective, we will request that you supply us with digital photos via email so that we may assess the situation. We will, at our discretion, exchange, free of charge, any unused part that we agree is defective. We recommend that any items returned for exchange be in their original packaging or re-packaged in a manner that is sufficient to protect them during shipping. Items being exchanged are to be shipped back to us via USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post (whichever costs less) and insured by the post office. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit! The replacement part will be shipped to you once we receive the defective part back, and your return shipping costs will be reimbursed via check or PayPal credit.
