We firmly believe that we produce the finest beekeeping equipment in America. We guarantee high quality products that you and your bees will love, and your satisfaction is our number one priority. Every part that we manufacture is quality control inspected before being shipped. We are the only commercial supplier of Warré hives in the U.S. that actually manufactures what it sells. We are not a middleman, nor do we do this as a hobby; everything that goes on here is our job and our responsibility alone. We take great pride in our work and ship only quality products. Therefore, we guarantee our products to be free of defects, in materials or craftsmanship, at the time of receipt by (you) the purchaser. In the unlikely event that you deem any part that you have purchased from us to be defective, we request that you supply us with digital photos via email or text so that we may assess the situation. We will at our discretion, replace or exchange free of charge, any part that is defective. If we require you to return the defective item to us (exchange), we recommend that it be returned in its original packaging, or repackaged in a manner that is sufficient to protect it during shipping. Items being exchanged must be unused and shipped back to us via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Parcel Select Ground (whichever costs least) and insured by the post office. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. The replacement part will be either shipped to you immediately or once we receive the defective part back (depending on the situation), and your return shipping costs will credited back to your PayPal account or credit card.
If you (the purchaser) decide that you do not need or want an item that you purchased and would like a refund, we must receive the item back, unused, within 90 days of your receiving it and in the same condition which you received it. Please notify us before returning any merchandise. We recommend that any item returned be in its original packaging, or repackaged in a manner that is sufficient to protect it during shipping. Items being returned are to be shipped back to us via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Parcel Select Ground (whichever costs least) and insured by the post office. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility and we will deduct a 20% restocking fee from your refund to cover our original packaging and shipping costs, unless our actual packaging and shipping costs were more than 20% of your initial purchase amount, in which case we will deduct our actual costs before issuing a refund. The amount being refunded to you will be credited back to your PayPal account or credit card within 10 days of our receiving the returned merchandise in good condition.
