Orders are usually shipped via UPS Ground. Small orders for which you've paid shipping charges are usually shipped in only 1-10 days, although this is not always possible. If you wish to inquire about expedited shipping, please text or call me. Larger orders are often shipped within 15 days, although lead times may be longer (up to 30 days), especially during our busy season (February thru July). If your order is delayed beyond 30 days for any reason, I will do my best to contact you via email to let you know what’s going on. For each package that is shipped to you, you'll receive an email from Stamps.com (please watch for them) with the USPS or UPS tracking information. All packages are insured. Oftentimes, orders are shipped in multiple packages and all of your packages may or may not be shipped on the same day. Regardless, you may or may not receive all of your packages on the same day.
We do ship to AK and HI, although there will be a shipping surcharge. At checkout, AK and HI residents will see a “sales tax” added to their order. This is not actually a sales tax; it’s the shipping surcharge.
