Return Policy
If you (the purchaser) decide that you do not need or want an item that you purchased and would like a refund, we must receive the item back, unused, within 60 days of your having placed the original order. Please notify us before returning any merchandise. Any item being returned must be in its original packaging, or repackaged in a manner that is sufficient to protect it during shipping. Items being returned are to be shipped back to us via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, and INSURED. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility and we will deduct a 25% restocking fee from your refund to cover our financial transaction fees and our original packaging and shipping costs, unless our actual costs were higher than that amount, in which case we will deduct our actual costs before issuing a refund. The amount being refunded to you will be credited back to your PayPal account or credit card within 10 days of our receiving the returned merchandise, in good condition.
